Project Overview

<p>This project involves the <strong>survey, design, and construction of sewer and storm water drainage infrastructure</strong> for the proposed <strong>Siana Business Park on Plot L.R No 336/10, Ruaraka, Nairobi</strong>, being developed by <strong>Trishaan Limited</strong>.</p><p>Denip Investments Ltd has been appointed as the <strong>Employer’s Agent</strong> to execute the works under a fixed-price contract valued at <strong>Kshs. 5,753,600.00 (inclusive of VAT)</strong>.</p><h3><strong>Scope of Work</strong></h3><ol><li><strong>Survey &amp; Design</strong> – Site survey, preparation of detailed designs, and shop drawings for sewer and drainage connection.</li><li><strong>Construction Works</strong> –</li></ol><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Laying of sewer pipelines.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Construction of storm water drainage system.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Installation of manholes.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Testing and commissioning of completed works.</li></ul><h3><strong>Contract Details</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Contract Sum</strong>: Kshs. 5,753,600.00</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Survey &amp; Design: Kshs. 812,000.00</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Construction: Kshs. 4,941,600.00</li><li><strong>Duration</strong>: 24 calendar days (4th August – 28th August 2025).</li><li><strong>Main Contractor</strong>: Bajrang Construction Ltd.</li><li><strong>Consultant</strong>: Innovative Planning &amp; Design Consultants.</li></ul><h3><strong>Execution &amp; Compliance</strong></h3><ul><li>Close coordination with the <strong>Main Contractor and subcontractors</strong> to avoid interference with ongoing works.</li><li>Adherence to <strong>health, safety, and NEMA guidelines</strong>.</li><li>Monitoring of timelines with penalties for delays (liquidated damages).</li><li>All work to be completed to high workmanship standards with integrity and transparency.</li></ul><p><br></p>
